• Technical support and maintenance
• Consultation on app development
• Integration with external APIs and services

3. Client Rights and Obligations

The client undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about project requirements
• Pay for services on time according to the agreement
• Provide necessary materials and access on time
• Not violate intellectual property rights

4. Company Rights and Obligations

The company undertakes to:

• Perform work in accordance with technical specifications
• Comply with agreed deadlines for work completion
• Ensure quality of the developed product
• Provide technical support according to the agreement

5. Intellectual Property

Rights to the developed application transfer to the client after full payment for services. The company retains rights to technologies and libraries used.

6. Confidentiality

The parties undertake to maintain confidentiality of information received during cooperation for 5 years after project completion.

7. Liability

The company is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by client actions
• Issues with external services and APIs
• Changes in requirements after development begins

8. Payment

Payment terms are specified in the agreement. Staged payment or payment upon work completion is provided.

9. Contract Termination

The contract may be terminated by mutual agreement or in case of material breach of obligations by one of the parties.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by UAE legislation. All disputes are resolved in accordance with applicable law.
